Hi, I'm Tina. I believe that collaboration creates value. As an organisational developer, I am genuinely interested in people and organisations. Driven by curiosity, I explore how systems and relationships connect to achieve growth and purpose.

With over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, I focus on strategic organisational development and leadership to address complex challenges. At organisations such as the Norwegian Tax Administration, Stavanger Municipality, and Stavanger University Hospital, I have helped create and implement frameworks and processes that enhance services for both employees and users.

I bring together design thinking and teamwork across different fields, which helps me spot needs and find root challenges that others might overlook. I’m good at building trust and creating spaces where honest questions lead to real learning and growth.

I also serve as a board member in an organisation promoting workplace inclusion, an area I care deeply about.

Outside of work, I spend time with family and friends and enjoy the beaches of Jæren, both in the sea and on the dunes.
