Anders Instebø
Anders is a multi-disciplinary designer and facilitator with over 17 years of experience across digital design, service design, leadership and transformation in both private and public sector organisations. He has a broad academic background in sociology, philosophy, communication, organisation and leadership, and is particularly driven by helping organisations handle uncertainty, build psychological safety and create value in complex environments.
