• Lead design projects from concept to completion, translating client objectives into compelling digital experiences.
• Work closely with the creative team and clients to develop innovative design solutions.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, integrating them into designs and workflows.
• Develop high-quality visuals for various digital platforms including websites, apps, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee and provide feedback to junior designers, ensuring design best practices and guidelines are consistently implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet user and business needs.
• Present concepts and designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a digital agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills, storytelling, and a diversity of projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language
