The ideal candidate(s) are seasoned professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proven leader who loves owning a large part of the design life cycle and sees it through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Drive client presentations and discussions  
  • Collaborate with business/technical leaders  
  • Creative conception/design  
  • Lead project meetings  
  • Multitask several projects  
  • Workshop facilitation, facilitation, facilitation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design  
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a senior position  
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills  
  • Addicted to staying ahead of best practices, design methodologies and trends.  
  • Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complexity to simplexitity  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity  
  • Agile methodologies  
  • Proficiency in tools such Adobe, Figma, Miro and a Sharpie
  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language
