Viking Aqua is on a mission to provide the world with a secure, sustainable, and scalable source of high-quality protein with land-based fish farming based on next-generation of RAS technology. Viking Aqua wants help with implementing an organisational framework based on agile principles and the scrum@scale framework. The project is based on an integrated partner team of suppliers that work in multidisciplinary teams in technology, construction, support systems, and technology qualification and preparation for operations.
Canoe is responsible for structuring and implementing an agile project. This includes training, coaching, coordination/collaboration, and creating ownership to the project. Canoe is part of the management team in the project. In addition, Canoe is responsible for designing the organizational structure for the entire company to ensure an efficient transition from design to construction to operationalization.
The project is on track with all key milestones and has implemented a structure with an iterative process of experimenting, testing, and learning, to continuously improve and de-risk.
